We'd rather you hear this from us than find out later. If any of these is your single most important requirement, 7shifts may be the better fit today.
- No self-serve billing — there is no card checkout. Paid plans are activated by our team against an invoice; 7shifts is fully self-serve.
- A much smaller integration ecosystem — one live POS connector (CloudMePOS) plus a REST API and webhooks, against 7shifts' large restaurant-tech partner directory.
- No security certifications yet — we are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. Readiness work is in progress and we publish exactly where we stand.
- English and Arabic only. 7shifts also ships French and Spanish; if those matter more to you than Arabic RTL, they cover more ground.
- A far smaller customer base, and a newer mobile app. 7shifts has years of North-American restaurant proof; we run our own group's four companies daily plus a small number of pilots.
