Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of Frontelio— the mobile app and the manager web console at app.frontelio.com(collectively, the “Service”), operated by Frontelio, a Single-Person Limited Liability Company incorporated in Sharjah, UAE (Trade Licence No. 527553), hereafter “Frontelio”, “we”, “us”. By signing in to the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Accounts and access
Accounts are created by your employer's administrator. You agree to keep your password confidential, not to share your account, and to notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false attendance evidence (e.g. another person's selfie, fabricated GPS).
- Upload illegal, defamatory, malicious or copyright-infringing content as evidence.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to monitor, profile or track individuals outside of legitimate workplace operational needs.
- Bypass rate limits, security controls, or attempt to access data outside your role's scope.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of evidence you submit (selfies, photos, notes). You grant Frontelio and your employer a perpetual, royalty-free licence to store, display and process that content for operational, compliance, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.
4. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood it.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is”. Planned maintenance windows are announced where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Frontelio's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by your employer for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
7. Termination
Your employer's administrator can deactivate your account at any time, in which case your access ends immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Emirate of Sharjah where Frontelio is established. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of Sharjah.
